1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") apply to all services provided by OLYSIM COMMUNICATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED in connection with the sale of prepaid eSIMs. By accessing and using the Olysim platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform. This Agreement governs your use of Olysim and constitutes a legally binding contract between you and Olysim. Olysim reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for updates. Continued use of the Olysim platform after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the changes.
2. eSIM service
Olysim offers prepaid eSIMs with data service plans utilizing eSIM technology (the "Service"). Users can register and purchase eSIM cards through the Olysim platform. Payment transactions are processed securely via Stripe (https://stripe.com) with an alias of your credit card for enhanced security.
3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
3.1. SERVICE REGISTRATION
To access Olysim's services, users must agree to the Terms and Conditions. Registration requires providing personal information such as first name, last name, billing address, and email address through the Olysim website or app. Upon registration, users gain access to the full suite of Olysim's offerings, including purchasing eSIMs and managing their accounts.
3.2. OLYSIM COMMITMENTS
Olysim is committed to providing users with quality service, though cannot guarantee uninterrupted, timely, or fault-free service. However, Olysim will make reasonable efforts to maintain service reliability and address any issues promptly to ensure user satisfaction.
3.3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
Users must refrain from engaging in abusive, illegal, or fraudulent activities that impair or damage the network. This includes actions that may compromise the integrity or security of Olysim's services or infringe upon the rights of others. Failure to comply may result in service suspension, with users remaining liable for all charges during suspension.
3.4. DEVICE COMPATIBILITY
Users are responsible for ensuring their device is eSIM compatible and network-unlocked. Device compatibility varies by carrier and country, and users must verify compatibility before purchase. The eSIM compatibility list is regularly updated, but newly compatible devices may require addition. Olysim provides resources and support to assist users in determining device compatibility and offers guidance on compatible devices for seamless eSIM activation.
4. Duration and Termination
4.1. SERVICE COMMENCEMENT
The service contract between Olysim and the User begins upon the successful purchase and activation of an eSIM plan through the Olysim website or app. It is the User's responsibility to activate the eSIM and adhere to the Activation Policy outlined by Olysim.
4.2. SERVICE DURATION
The duration of the service will be determined by the terms of the purchased plan. Users can select plans based on their desired data allowances and validity periods, with service commencing immediately upon activation.
4.3. SERVICE TERMINATION
The service will terminate either upon the full consumption of the data plan or upon the expiry of the plan's duration, whichever occurs first. Olysim reserves the right to suspend a User's service in the event of a breach of user obligations, with or without prior notice. Additionally, Olysim may close User accounts and request payment if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity or violation of the Terms and Conditions.
5. Payment Terms
5.1. PAYMENT METHODS
Olysim accepts payments via Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay for the convenience of users worldwide.
5.2. CHARGES AND TAXES
5.2.1. Prices displayed for Olysim services include all applicable taxes, unless otherwise specified.
5.2.2. Users are not permitted to offset any claims against Olysim's charges, except in cases where their claims are undisputed or have been legally validated.
These payment terms ensure transparency and ease of transactions for our users, facilitating a seamless experience in purchasing and using eSIM services through Olysim.
6. REFUND / CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION POLICY
6.1. REFUND AND CANCELLATION GUIDELINES
- 6.1.1. Users may request a refund or modification of their eSIM purchase under certain conditions.
- 6.1.2. A refund request must be submitted within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase if activation becomes impossible after extensive troubleshooting.
- 6.1.3. Refunds are not applicable once the eSIM is installed and used, except in cases of unresolved technical issues originating from Olysim.
- 6.1.4. Users must cooperate promptly to resolve any issues for a refund to be granted.
- 6.1.5. Refunds are not provided for unused data upon expiration of the plan's validity period.
- 6.1.6. Olysim does not offer compensation for charges incurred from alternate devices or services unrelated to the user's Olysim eSIM account.
- 6.1.7. In cases of fraudulent purchases or unauthorized use, Olysim reserves the right to refuse refunds and may suspend associated accounts pending investigation.
- 6.1.8. Accidental purchases resulting in eSIM installation render the purchase as final, with no refunds applicable.
- 6.1.9. Disputed charges must be reported within twelve (12) days of invoice receipt, with detailed explanations provided for consideration.
- 6.1.10. Refund requests outside the specified criteria will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, with potential processing fees applicable.
- 6.1.11. We will credit the refunded amount to the customers bank account within 7 days.
- 6.1.12. REFUND PROCESS
To initiate a refund, users should contact Olysim's support team through the Contact Us page or via email at support@olysim.com. Additional information may be required to support refund requests, such as screenshots of technical issues or disputed charges. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method, with processing times varying depending on the user's bank.
6.2. MODIFICATION
Once purchased, eSIM data packages cannot be modified or customized based on individual requests. Olysim offers eSIM plans as-is, without further modifications available after purchase.
